Baxter Hollow Farm

Welcome to Baxter Hollow Farms!

Michelle and Shannon manage this 10 acre farm in Bryson City, North Carolina. We grow fruits, vegetables, flowers, and herbs without the use of any chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We also raise honey bees in the same manner to produce raw unpasteurized wildflower honey. 

For a brief time each year our bees pollinate Sourwood blossoms on our farm to create the rare, prized, and world famous Sourwood honey, which is a unique form of wildflower. 

Our healing journeys have been shaped by both traumas and miracles. Through it all, we’ve been guided by faith, and we give our deepest gratitude to God for leading us to Medical Medium® information. Not only did it transform our health—it changed our lives in ways we never imagined.

We are profoundly grateful for the path that has brought us here, and for the opportunity to share this work, this land, and these offerings with others. We can’t wait for you to experience our honey!
