If you’re just starting out, it is recommended to stick to 15ml a day for the first week and then increase your dosage if you choose. I highly recommend the 90 day protocol.

90 Day Protocol:
✅ For the first 30 days, take 60 mL a day split into two shots. So you’ll take 30 mL twice a day, 15 minutes before a meal.
✅ For the last 60 days, take 30 mL a day 15 minutes before a meal.

* Hold under your tongue for 1 to 2 minutes to increase the absorption.

After 90 days, you can choose to continue taking at a higher dose, depending on the results you want, or you can go down to the general wellness dose of 15 mL a day.

Generally people see results in 2 to 3 months. I recommend the green label plant-based version, which is also under the label of Orgono G5 Siliplant. They are the same formula.
