Hi everyone! We’re The Floros Family from sunny Florida.
I’m Jessica — a born-and-raised Italian Floridian — happily married to my Greek soulmate, Panagioti, who comes straight from Sparta, Greece (yes, a true Spartan!). Together, we homeschool our two children, Yanni and LaDonna, and live a fully committed Medical Medium® lifestyle since 2020 — healing as a family (even our pets!).

I’ve been a national award-winning certified pet stylist for 25 years, and our family owns P&J Flawless Paws, a fragrance- and toxin-free 1:1 pet grooming salon. We don’t just groom pets — we care for their wellness. By blending my decades of grooming expertise with holistic health and Medical Medium® information, we help pets feel and look their best while supporting their healing journey. We also offer pet health & grooming consultations to empower pet parents.

🌱 P&J Floros Farm — Healing Through Gardening

Our family also runs P&J Floros Farm, where we grow our own permaculture/agroforestry food forest. What started as raising animals shifted into a deeper realization: true healing comes from growing plants and food. Today, we:

• Sell plants and seeds to help others grow their own food

• Share gardening wisdom and inspiration on social media — teaching others how to grow food while also sharing our own journey of healing and overcoming chronic illness

• Use our beloved rabbits’ compost for nutrient-rich gardening (yes, rabbit poop is garden gold!)

The book Life-Changing Foods sparked our passion for gardening. Learning the importance of growing our own food — and understanding every aspect of it — deepened our love for gardening even more.
