Hello! I’m Kirsten, a restorative health coach and Medical Medium® practitioner. I help people reverse chronic conditions and reconnect with their natural ability to achieve and maintain vibrant health—through Medical Medium protocols and intuitive, heart-centered support.

My own journey began 9 years ago with Medical Medium information, when I was struggling with stage 4 EBV, along with numerous endocrine, reproductive, and neurological issues. Over time, I’ve been able to reverse more than 30 symptoms and conditions, including hypothyroidism, chronic bronchitis, daily headaches, debilitating migraines, fibroids, heavy and painful or missed menstrual cycles, severe PMS, intermittent spotting, mystery weight gain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, anxiety, depression, OCD, insomnia, colitis, tinnitus, vertigo, and more.

I have also experienced firsthand how heavy metals can wreak havoc on mental and brain health—and I now know that with the right tools and information, many mental health challenges can be improved or even reversed. I’ve done it, and I know you can too!

Since graduating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Rouxbe Cooking School, I’ve founded Natural Matters, LLC, where I combine my firsthand healing experience with my passion for whole foods, plant-based nutrition. I love showing others how delicious, satisfying, and nourishing this way of eating can be. While I offer Medical Medium–compliant plant-based menu planning for those interested in transitioning, I also work with all diet types—you do not need to have a desire to be plant-based to work with me!

Like so many in this community, the spiritual gift of my healing journey has inspired me to support others with Medical Medium information. I am honored to share the wisdom I’ve gained to help others heal and reclaim their lives.
