Hello, everyone! I’m Stacy, founder of Aven Hollow, a spiritual coaching and healing practice dedicated to helping people heal from trauma, reconnect with themselves, and find lasting transformation through a whole-person approach to healing.

I've been on my own Medical Medium healing journey for the past 40 months, and it has completely changed the direction of my life. When I first found the Medical Medium, I was struggling with over 100 symptoms and multiple chronic health conditions, some of which were so severe and debilitating that I was essentially isolated in my home for more than two years. During one of the hardest seasons of my life, the Medical Medium information gave me hope when I felt like I had run out of answers.

As I've continued healing, I've been incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement I've found within the Medical Medium community. Connecting with so many amazing people on Instagram has reminded me that healing is not something we have to walk through alone. Those friendships, shared experiences, and words of encouragement have been just as meaningful as the physical healing itself.

Today, my own healing journey inspires the work I do through Aven Hollow. I help others navigate trauma healing, nervous system regulation, spiritual coaching, hypnosis, Reiki, and intuitive energy healing because I know firsthand how life-changing it is to begin feeling like yourself again. While my focus is on emotional and spiritual healing, I believe true wellness comes from caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

I'm so grateful to be part of this community and look forward to continuing to learn, connect, and encourage others as we each move forward on our own healing journeys together.
