I’m Julia, and I’m honored to share my offerings and gifts with this community!

My work is dedicated to helping people find and embody their true voice — through applied vocal physiology, nervous-system–informed methods, and holistic, somatic energy work.

I have been applying my vocal physiology work for over 20 years, it is somatic, trauma-informed, fascia-oriented energy work, supported by the guidance of Angels.

My Approach

Trauma, stress, and body tension can block both our voice and our energetic flow.
I create a safe and nurturing space for your voice to unfold naturally.

I support clients with everything from vocal hoarseness and voice restoration to singing, speaking, and personal growth and development.

Soul development guided by shadow work and assisted by the work with the nervous system via voice, is a tool that not only works with sound, high frequencies and beautiful music; it allows us to work on the subconscious via vocal sound and assisting the nerves, by letting them go into self-regulation.



Intellectual Prayers — My Music

My music, especially my program of about 1,5 hrs, “Intellectual Prayers”, is birthed out of my strong connection to light and righteousness. It’s performative, experiential, polyphonic vocal music, live— blending influences from Philip Glass and Early Renaissance music. This deeply spiritual soundscape calls upon Medical Medium® Angels, weaving prayer and light into music that uplifts and restores.

My Medical Medium® Journey

I’ve been on the Medical Medium® healing path since 2018.
Through this work, I’ve completely healed Hashimoto’s and continue to heal ME/CFS.

For me, it was a natural choice to integrate Medical Medium® knowledge into my practice. I’ve worked with angels all my life and devoted many years to personal development, shadow work, and energy healing long before discovering MM. Anthony’s information brought clarity and deep confirmation to my path — both personally and professionally.

The MM dietary information has become an essential part of my coaching through my Food 4 Voice program. It supports singers, speakers, and parents in overcoming health issues and reconnecting to their voices. The voice is profoundly linked to our health — and the strep protocol is truly a God-given gift for those with vocal challenges.

MM’s spiritual insights have beautifully completed my energy work and strengthened my confidence in this holistic approach.
