Hi, I’m Alana—Nutritionist, mum of two, and founder of Puresia. Based in Melbourne, Australia, my journey into health and wellbeing began with my own health challenges, such as endometriosis, neurological problems such as numbness and tingling on my right-hand side of my body, chronic fatigue, anxiety, melanoma, just to name a few.

Knowing firsthand that not all foods and ingredients on the market are created equal, and frustrated by the lack of truly pure, healing foods available locally, especially lacking transparency in sourcing, I was driven to create a trusted brand that sources 100% pure ingredients without any hidden fillers or anti-caking agents.

Puresia is more than a brand; it’s a reflection of my purpose: to help heal as many people as possible, and to share the powerful connection between food and healing. I wanted to source a range of products you can trust. Made with exceptional quality, conscious sourcing, and low-impact packaging, so you can nourish your body while caring for the Earth. It is important that we source all our powders straight from the producers who grow and make each product, then gets shipped straight to us in Melbourne.

I’m especially passionate about healing foods like wild blueberry powder, barley grass juice powder, Atlantic dulse flakes and spirulina, and I have these ingredients in my Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie every morning as part of my daily routine. Consuming this smoothie, along with other healing foods, has made a big difference in my own life, and I thank Medical Medium information for the healing I've experienced over the last 5.5 years.
