The first organic start-up in Austria’s Mölltal region dedicated to crafting gluten-free baking mixes inspired by Anthony William.

I’m passionate about using the highest-quality ingredients — sourced as locally as possible — to bring you baking mixes that are not only healthy and nourishing but also delicious.

I understand how important a gluten-free diet can be—and how hard it is to find gluten-free products that actually taste good. That’s one of the main reasons I decided to develop baking mixes that are not only gluten-free but also healthy and delicious.

✨ My Story
When my daughter could no longer tolerate gluten, it was a real challenge for our family. Most gluten-free breads and mixes we tried either tasted disappointing or contained ingredients she couldn’t digest well. As a mother, I was determined to change that!

So, I began baking myself — and the first recipe that won her heart was my organic, gluten-free oat bread. From then on, my mission has been simple: keep ingredients as natural and pure as possible, while creating flavors my daughter will love.

“Simply natural” is more than a slogan — it’s a reflection of my personal philosophy and the way I live my life.
That’s why my mixes contain only natural ingredients—free from artificial additives, separating agents, and preservatives.

No compromises—each baking mix is lovingly handcrafted by me — measured, filled, labeled, and packaged with care.
