Hello! I’m Kristen, owner of Kristen Sonja Designs.
I’ve been following the Medical Medium® lifestyle for over 9 years, and his information has not only transformed my health, but also deeply influenced my creative process and artistic vision.

As my body healed, I experienced a renewed sense of clarity, energy, and emotional balance — and that transformation began flowing into my artwork. The connection to healing foods, nature, and spiritual guidance opened a whole new dimension in my designs, allowing me to express beauty, peace, and vibrancy in ways I never could before.
