Hi, I’m Emily Wehrman—a certified embodiment coach, ballroom dancer and Medical Medium practitioner passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, restore their health, and cultivate deeper, more conscious relationships.

I've lived a Medical Medium lifestyle for over 8 years, originally using MM tools to heal anxiety, hair loss, insomnia, bloating, lifelong chronic acne, and adrenal fatigue. After reversing all these symptoms and more, I continue living this way because it offers unparalleled support for my energy, intuition, spiritual practice, and embodied way of life.

Today, my work weaves together feminine embodiment, Medical Medium nutrition, nervous system regulation, conscious lifestyle practice and sacred intimacy. Drawing from over two decades of experience in professional ballroom and Latin dance, Reiki energy healing, and somatic education, I help women come home to themselves through embodied practice, nourishment, and conscious relationship work.
