Eating Magic

I’m Darrow, a holistic nutrition coach and mom of three young adults from the San Francisco Bay Area, California. I discovered Medical Medium® information in 2019 and have studied and used it to support myself and my family of five ever since.

I supported my eldest daughter through a debilitating illness for several years. Because she and the rest of my family are foodies, I spent years in the kitchen workshopping, and creating delicious Medical Medium®-style, family-approved meals for years!

Eventually, I decided to share this delicious food with others, and Magic Meals was born!

I’m so honored to bring joy and a little break to those who are working so hard to heal and stay healthy using the Medical Medium® information and diet. We all deserve a break once in a whiile and to be served delicious, healing food.
