Hi, I’m Birgit Trauner from Austria – intuitive Coach for body- and soul-related topics and Medical Medium® knowledge, certified herbalist, sports scientist, high school teacher for physical education and biology, graduate of the Rise-Up Program with Muneeza, and trained in various fields of nutrition and health.

As the volunteer president of the non-profit Balance Mensch Akademie, my heart’s mission is to guide people toward true health with clarity, compassion, and structure.

My connection to the Medical Medium community began in 2017 when a friend recommended the book Medical Medium. At that time, I wasn’t searching due to personal health struggles —rather, I was following a strong inner calling to help others find true healing.

Since then, I’ve integrated the Medical Medium protocols into my family’s and my own daily life. As a teacher and intuitive health mentor, I’ve always felt a deep soul mission to bring clarity, structure, and heart-centered knowledge into the world of health and healing.

Anthony William’s information immediately resonated with this purpose. It confirmed what I had intuitively sensed and gave me the practical tools to support myself, my family, and others on their healing paths — especially those overwhelmed by conventional approaches and searching for spiritual depth.

Today, through the non-profit association Balance Mensch Akademie in Austria, I support individuals, families, athletes, and business owners — both online and offline — with clarity, compassion, and structure on their journey to true healing.

The German-speaking Balance Mensch Akademie offers holistic, spirit-centered, and intuitively guided coaching. English-language sessions are also available upon request.
